In recent days, officials of the City came a circular that prevents them to speak to reporters. For information, media should hours address only to the mayor and aldermen. At this directive officials have logically immediately complied. Frankly it is not easy to understand the meaning of this decision. If the aim was to call officials to journalists not to express their personal opinions, but merely to provide data 'aseptic' on what their areas, there would be no need for ad hoc move, because this is a standing practice.
E ' lecito, quindi, pensare che il motivo sia un altro. Azzardo (ma non troppo): intimidire i funzionari e impedire loro di parlare coi giornalisti per paura che venissero svelati retroscena e segreti poco edificanti del palazzo. Una sorta di sindrome del sospetto e della paura già manifestata, peraltro, dal Sindaco nel penultimo Consiglio comunale con un attacco violento e infondato ad un funzionario, accusato di essere una specie di ‘gola profonda’ al servizio della minoranza consigliare.
Roba da matti. Effetto di un colpo di calore? Fatto sta che la censura è approdata anche a Muggiò : i nostri amministratori non hanno voluto essere da meno del loro grande capo.
