Solo un anno fa le dimissioni del vicesindaco furono accettate in un baleno dal Sindaco. Poi però lo stesso sindaco, dopo 15 giorni, cambia idea e riprende in Giunta il suo vice riottoso.

Stavolta, i dissidi tra il "numero 1" e il "numero 2" di Villa Casati scoppiano sulle pagine di un noto giornale locale che raccoglie la lagnanza del primo cittadino che, commentando un intervento edil-energetico presso l'Istituto scolastico "Salvo D'Acquisto", ritiene il vicesindaco colpevole di avere una visione diversa dalla sua sul progetto e di aver così "perso un anno di tempo" per decidersi sulle modalità dell'intervento stesso.
